Hi. I’m using chatgpt for a blog post structure outlining. My issues is that chatgpt does not follow any prompts. In fact, it displays the same message over and over again - I’ve restored the missing sections and expanded each bullet point into full paragraphs as requested. Let me know if you need further refinements or additions!. When in fact, nothing has been done. It even cuts the outlined structure everytime i ask to add something.

- What is your prompt?
- What model are you using?
- Do you use any tool (web search, canvas…etc)?
- Do you try to get long output (3000 words…)?
- Any sample text output or screenshots?
1st - i asked to outline an article’s structure for a given topic. chatgpt did it. my next prompt was to try to write the article based on its own structure, make it up to 2500 char., i wanted to break it to smaller paragraphs for better readability. from it original 9-points outlined structure, chatgp covered 6 sections only. i asked it to re-do it. it apologized and again - gave me 6 sections only. tried once again - 
apologized for the misunderstanding once again and provided me with the same outcome.
i did not use any tools, i’m using the free version. honestly, if i have to pay to get the same results - no thanks.
Update: gave the paid chatgpt version a chance, too. the same prompts, the same text length, the results are the same - takes just half of my prompts and applies them, then reworks the task to “fit” all request and fails again.
I wanted 2500 words text - gave the structure. It cut my outline in half, delivered 1000 words and stopped responding to prompts. every time i ask to expand the text in question it replies it has already been done. yet the text stays the same.
is this a glitch? malfunctioning in general? i have the paid version to do my work but this tool became useless in the past couple of days.
