How to fix this issue where it fails to find the manifest file on localhost despite it being running as shown:
Hello. Are you aware that GPTs and Actions have replaced Plugins? As of November 6th, OpenAI no longer accepts new plugin submissions. They encourage plugin developers to create GPTs with custom Actions instead. Probably doesn’t make sense for you to continue down the road of troubleshooting this error.
