Need help！ChatGTP openAi doesn't respond

I am using free version of OpenAi. It deosn’t work on my google chrome, however the same account works on Edge. Oh google chrome, no matter what I put in it responds "Understanding question

Our systems have detected unusual activity from your system. Please try again later."
Not working at all for a week or so. I even uninstall the google chrome and reinstall it. still the same respond.

Please who knows what should do?

You will likely want to go into Chrome and disable any extra extensions.

Especially remove any scam ChatGPT extensions that try to piggyback on your connection or steal your credentials with the promise that they add some features.

That will likely solve the problem.
