When I log into my paid account, my history and projects is no longer saved. I have 1 year of chats gone. Now everytime I create a new chat, the old one disappears. This just started yesterday 12/26/2024, after the big technical issue. Anyone else having issues? I emailed support and they said my history would be restored when they fixed technical issues were resolved… but no resolution for me yet.
I’m facing the same problem. Started also yesterday - 26 Dec 2024.
Here the same on 27.12.24, 01:40 PST.
No history since major outake yesterday.
Edit: History restored, everything works now at 3.45 pst

My history just resolved itself. Guess it took a while. I probably need to save my projects elsewhere in the future.
I too am still waiting for my last conversation in the Projects Section to be restored!
All the other ones are there, but the chat I was in when the outtage happened is gone… anyone has the same problem?
EDIT: I deleted my openai/chatgpt cookies and now ALL my conversations are back!
Same problem… Projects and related conversations gone… Thats a birgproblem coz we all turn our most important conversations to projects in order to continue them…
I’d recommend you to try deleting the openai cookies from your browser, this helped me!
