API Usage Issues and Errors in CHAT-GPT Pro Plan Subscription

I am on the CHAT-GPT Pro plan, meaning I pay $20 per month. However, when I make requests via the API, I receive the following error:

“you exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.

It also states that I am on the Free plan as an Enterprise user. What could be the issue? Can’t I use the API on the Pro-PLAN? Moreover, GPT-3.5 Turbo is not accessible either.

ChatGPT Plus is a subscription service available at https://chatgpt.com/ for consumer use.

Using the API, however, is a separate business relationship between you and OpenAI. You’ll need to purchase prepaid usage credits (with a minimum of $5) to access the API.
