When gpt answers a question we ask at the end of its answer it gives us some buttons that allow us to copy, change the model, regenerate the answer, we all know it. I don’t know why they don’t appear and coincidentally they only occur in specific chats when I go to other chats these are normal and it happens to me constantly on PC, I don’t know what’s going on. Does anyone else have this problem, and what can be done?

this problem happened to me as well. I had made the same post about this and some people commenting on my post experienced this too. I won’t use the old chats because I am afraid I can’t access my previous data.

The same happening to me and my chats. It will be unacceptable if the administrators will continue pretending that there are no errors appearing in ChatGPT for last few days lately.

Ikr? they are just deliberately ignoring this. Like the people have been complaint for the past several days about the same issue. ffs do something!
In addition, one my previous chats stopped working properly. When I try to reload a response, the later dissappears and gets back to “regenerate answer” button again.
It happens to me too. Try putting all of your chats if you have an active account in archive until the issue is fixed.

Archiving makes it so your chats aren’t deleted after 30 days. It also makes them stay in your account. So it would be easier than just leaving them on the chat history and waiting for the developers to fix the problem.

same here, I got this bug when I started a new chat, though surprisingly its only happen when I used 4o, not 4o-mini

I think it has to do with the recent update that happened on September 3rd. Since then it has been going on for many people.

excuse me, but what? why my worst thinking is the newest update of ChatGPT is they made the buttons disappear 
Having that bug too, it’s annoying.
When it was updated, many people started having problems. Some can’t even log in or start chats. This is another bug as well. They say they fixed most, but this is the most recent and major one of all the bugs that the new update has thrown in.
