Milestone Awards: Still Not Received After Hitting Milestones

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the Milestone Awards.

We passed the 10B level on August 31, 2025, but it looks like we missed the reward because the first batch cutoff was July 2025.

Since then, we’ve also passed 20B tokens, but we still haven’t heard anything from OpenAI. Wasn’t there supposed to be another batch or a new round of awards?

I’m seeing people on LinkedIn still receiving Milestone Awards regularly, so I wanted to check if there’s an updated process or anything we should do on our side.

Also, for community members: is anyone here receiving an award even though you passed the criteria after the first batch cutoff (post–July 2025)? If yes, did OpenAI reach out automatically, or did you have to apply / contact someone?
