[MFA] Can't enable MFA on Pro Account

We have a Pro account, and are not able to activate MFA, account is logged in via Google. Primary motivation to do this is to enable codex (which requires MFA).

Going to Settings > Security > MFA takes us back to chat but the console shows an error

{"detail":{"message":"Unauthorized - Access token is missing"}}

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401

Doing the same thing on the app with the same account actually gives me the one time code, but entering the correct one-time code into the UI causes a “An error occured. Please try again later”.

The code is correct, I am using 1Password, and the system time is right. Giving OpenAI a wrong code actually generates a correct error message “incorrect code”. Entering the right one generates the “An error occured”

Sadly the errors is more annoying as you would also be getting this error
“Must use workspace account for this operation”
MFA seems to only be enabled on teams or enterprise. Which is accounts as Codex Requires it to connect to github

Apparently its due to them still rolling out the updates.
Should be fully ready and enabled for all by monday.

Im in the same situation so guess its a keep trying till it works kind of thing.

Use your mobile device to turn this on.

Im also unable to configure MFA on the teams account to connect GitHub and I’ll need this ASAP. Please be aware <3
