Got locked out because it wants MFA codes which I never use to login I only used email alternative and suddenly the option was gone I never use MFA so I don’t have any codes. Support team hasn’t responded with an actual human.

I have the exact same issue, and I’ve been dealing with it for a full week now with zero response from support. I’ve tried both the help.openai.com chatbot — which escalated my case to a human agent last week, still no response — and emailing support@openai.com directly, also met with complete silence.
This forum keeps accumulating threads reporting the exact same issue, yet there is still no official acknowledgment or response from OpenAI. This is unacceptable treatment of paying customers who rely on this service daily and are simply being left in the dark.
