MATURE memory management strategiests should be deployed to handle “orphan threads”—processes or sessions that become detached due to interruptions or resets. Neglecting to address these issues, especially for novice users (who don’t know any better), can lead to wasted resources, user frustration, and loss of data or instance consistency.
