Major screen reader accessibility regressions in latest iOS ChatGPT app

Hello. I have an iPhone SE, latest version, running the latest versions of iOS and the ChatGPT app. I use the built-in voiceover screen reader to access my phone. Recently I’ve noticed some pretty serious regressions in accessibility when using the ChatGPT iOS app.
First, the controls to attach content, type a message and send the message appear initially, but after sending the first message, these controls disappear. There is a way to reach them by using some voiceover gestures that are counterintuitive and beyond the scope of this post, but suffice it to say, it’s not an ideal experience. The user should simply be able to place their finger toward the bottom of the screen and focus on these elements, and that is no longer possible.
Secondly, and I just noticed this today, in the chat messages, if you touch your finger anywhere in them, you just hear the words “blank text” announced by voiceover where you should be hearing the back-and-forth chat messages you’ve exchanged with the bot. This is very problematic as there’s no way to review or interact with past replies.
I have noticed the team has increased accessibility in other respects, both in the iOS app and the desktop app, so these efforts show me that you guys are listening and trying to create an inclusive experience. I wanted to recognize an appreciate that but also encourage you to take these bug reports seriously, as even small changes like these can have a significant impact on users like me. Thank you for taking this to heart, and let me know if you have any questions.
