There have been a few reports about issues with the logs page. Although each report describes a different problem, I have grouped them into a single report and raised it with the team.
If this was an intermittent issue it would be great if you can share an update. Otherwise, fingers crossed that this will be resolved soon.
Hi, thanks for reporting this. We haven’t been able to reproduce the blank Logs page on our side, so this may be related to a specific Responses log entry or project-specific data that is causing the page to crash.
Could you capture a HAR file while reproducing the issue and send it to support@openai.com? Please include the console error screenshot, the approximate time you reproduced it, and a link to this community thread in your email. That will help Support investigate the failing network/API response behind the Logs page.
