Locked Out of Paid ChatGPT Account After Data Export Request — No Support for 2+ Weeks

I’m a ChatGPT Plus subscriber with an active subscription paid through July 10. Since May 25, after requesting a data export (which I never received), I have experienced a growing series of serious issues with my account:
• Immediate and persistent forced logouts across all devices and browsers
• Complete failure to receive the export file via email despite multiple requests
• Deletion of my entire chat history the very next day without warning or explanation
• Increasing and escalating real-time errors and throttling during use, especially while drafting polite support follow-up emails
• Unjustified and unexplained flagging or throttling of my account activities despite compliant use
• Complete lockout today with no login possible on any device, browser, or network

I have performed controlled testing with another person using the exact same iPhone model (iPhone 14), iOS version (18.3.5), carrier (AT&T 5G), WiFi network, and the current ChatGPT app version. They experienced no issues whatsoever, even typing the exact same queries and text. This confirms the problem is specific to my account and not a device or network issue.

I have sent five well-documented, polite, and detailed emails over two weeks to OpenAI support, including screenshots showing errors and throttling in real time. The only responses I received were automated, canned replies that did not address the root problem.

When I attempted to resolve the issue through OpenAI’s support chat today, I was repeatedly and shockingly prompted to delete my entire account and cancel my subscription—which I have never requested, implied, or agreed to. This is unacceptable and further escalates my frustration.

Given the seriousness and longevity of this issue, I urgently request:
• Full restoration of access to my ChatGPT Plus account
• Delivery of the data export I requested but never received
• Explanation and reversal of the unjustified account throttling and flagging
• Investigation and resolution of the chat history deletion
• Improvement in support responsiveness and resolution process for serious subscriber issues

This issue is not hypothetical or minor — it has caused me to lose months of important work and access to a paid service. I am committed to working respectfully with OpenAI to resolve this but require immediate human intervention and escalation.
