A couple of days ago I started to get the error: “InsufficientQuotaError: 429” when I call the create embedding method.
I looked at our account limits and we are not close to the limits (and today is the first of the month, so usage for the month went to zero anyways).
I also recharged the account with additional credits.
But still, whatever I do, we keep getting this error.
Any way to contact support to figure out what’s going on? This basically took our production platform down.
