Hi,

I’m a ChatGPT Plus user, and for the last two days, I’ve been unable to generate Microsoft Word or PDF files. This issue persists across all platforms—macOS app, web, and iOS app—so I can’t generate these files in any environment.

I haven’t seen any recent posts about this in the support forum, so I’m not sure if OpenAI is aware of the problem. It’s quite frustrating, as this feature is important for my workflow.

Is this a known issue, and is there any ETA for a fix?

6 days later and it still wont generate MS Word files

I have the same problem, it did work for me earlier this week but not now. I use it often in my job so it is very frustrating.
