Issue: Agent Creation Error in API Playground

Getting the following error on uploading a .pdf converted from excel sheet. Contains simple headings and rates.

Error Steps:

1. File Upload

2. Click Save

3. No feedback, but some process initiates in background I suppose.

4. After 1 minute, error message attached flashes.
