Hi, I am a Tier 5 developer and I don’t see o1 in the playground. When I try to call the model through the API I get an error saying I don’t have access or it doesn’t exist. I sent an email but nothing yet…is this just me?

I have the same thing. I got a Pro subscription as well and also tier 5 on the API. It’s getting annoying having to copy and paste to do my testing. lol

Tier 5 as well as Pro sub here also. o1 is the best performer for parts of my workflow but having to do it through the GUI is beginning to really wear on me, can you guys please publish or clarify any rollout information or coverage?

Same here. Tier 5 and getting 404 model_not_found.

We are a large research group and waiting already for 3 weeks to get an access (also Tier 5), is there any way to prioritize access as it is becoming critical for us? Can you help, @edwinarbus ?

I understand the waiting period, even with Tier 5 status, but I can’t wait any longer) 404: The model o1-2024-12-17 does not exist or you do not have access to it. :pray::heart:

Our organization is a consistent OpenAI customer, and we’re currently on Tier 5. However, we have yet to gain access to the full O1 model via the API. Could you please provide an update or an estimated timeline for when we can expect access?

I also don’t feel like it’s the right way to post here to get access to o1 (we were under the probably wrong impression that Tier5s got access already). But if that’s what it takes, here’s our request.
