I have a bot that helps me format posts for my groups using the Assistants API. I noticed the bot is failing to communicate with the API. Go to https://platform.openai.com/assistants to check, and the page keeps reloading and showing the error in the screenshot. I can’t navigate any tabs on the platform.
I think there’s a problem with the OpenAI server. But I’d like to know if you’ve noticed the same issue?
The assistants API seems to be down for me as well.
It’s down for me as well. However, there’s no notice on https://status.openai.com/
Its not just the Assistant API but vector stores as well. Playground shows error as well.
Tried creating a new vector store via API and received
”500 The server had an error processing your request. Sorry about that! You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if you keep seeing this error.”

can confirm issue is with vector stores, assistants, etc
Assistant down here too, can create A new assistant, but my others, getting error. Tried to get the assistant data by code, with no luck

Hi! We experienced this issue today, but now we’re also seeing some assistants we had on our project are no longer accessible/viewable on the “Assistants” tab. Is this related to the same issue?
The assistant-api is very slow at the moment to the point where it is timing out.
