The iOS app keeps crashing constantly, immediately upon opening. I have no idea what’s triggering it.
A while back, it crashed four times in a single day, and I had to reinstall it four times. After that, it was fine for a week or two, but today it’s started crashing again.
Sorry you’ve been dealing with this, @msxiao113. Reinstalling four times in one day is understandably frustrating.
Please confirm you’ve tried logging out and back in, fully uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and installing the latest app update. Then test with VPN or secure DNS disabled, using both Wi-Fi and cellular.
If it still closes without an error, please share your iPhone model, iOS and ChatGPT app versions, iPhone language, custom keyboards, Accessibility settings, and whether it happens on Wi-Fi, cellular, or both. Please send your login email through a private support channel (support@openai.com) instead of posting it publicly.
