I have been trying to fine-tune a model to use it with Azure Open AI.
After having uploaded the file, when I run the fine-tuning instance, I get this error:
InvalidRequestError: File reference has the wrong format.
How can I solve it?

Moreover, when I upload the training file, I get status:notRunning, what does this mean?
