Hello - I need help with refining and scaling my solution
At present I have developed a GPT that can perform User Verification, and respond to 4 types of customer query that accounts for 50% of our workload.
The current gpt is integrated with an excel file that I uploaded. It contains 4 columns of information. It works great but needs some refinement. I want to scale it and leverage the API to integrate with the staging database or google sheet for information retrieval .
