Insufficient Quota Error - yet credit available

I’ve got the same issue as mentioned in this topic: “Insufficient Quota Error on Paid Account with Available Balance”

I’ve got funds (credit) in my account - yet the api throws this error " You’ve reached your usage limit. See your dashboard and billing for more details. If you have further questions, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

I was among the first to test the api when it launched. Worked fine then. Did not use all my free credit as you can see:

You could try creating a new API key and see if the error persists.
