I haven’t’ yet found answers the the following questions (on the forum and outside of it), so I post them here, hoping to bring value to all the community.
Instructions (system prompts) are the new code, who will own the instructions the developers will create on OpenAI (within custom-GPTs and others product), OpenAI or the creator?
If creators will have the ownership, how it will be implemented/enforced within OpenAI?
Does it differs for Enterprise Licence compared to Personal Licence?
