gpt-5 and gpt-5-mini API rate limits are now more than doubled for these tiers:
gpt-5
Tier 1: 30K → 500K TPM (1.5M batch)
Tier 2: 450K → 1M (3M batch)
Tier 3: 800K → 2M
Tier 4: 2M → 4M
gpt-5-mini
Tier 1: 200K → 500K (5M batch)

Thanks, great to hear! No reason to deliver lower service for the same price.
Would be also wonderful if OpenAI could find their way to apply the tier 1 increase all the way down the model lines, as 30k is at the level of single calls failing - and no API mechanism other than the limiter itself is aware of how low this is, so you can get failures you have to pay for with internal tool iteration.
Tier 1 having 1 / 1000th the rate capability per minute as delivered to others is kind of silly.
That’s the difference between an arms’ reach and a kilometer away.
