I am getting a significant increase in error code 500 which I have never gotten before with the same code. Maybe it has to do with the release of GPT 5 but prior to August 11th I have never gotten these errors. Now every time I run my Cron Jon 50% of the requests fail. I always get a Request ID back but their support site is utterly confusing and the AI Support Bot is utterly unhelpful. Running the code locally results in the same output.
Do not know if this is just happening to me, I have updated all Libraries I am using. Open AI statuses are saying they are up working just fine. The exact model which I have always been using is gpt-4.1-mini-2025-04-14. Also using the Web Search tool
