One thing is clear from past experiences: you must stop trying the model or you can face a swift account ban.
A ban and suspension is much harder to rectify.
This type of issue should have been fixed. But it appears not.
You must contact OpenAI support through “help” in the platform site, (or hopefully noticed here), and make absolutely clear to the “bot” that the issue requires escalation because of an account configuration problem or bug with damage to the operation the model moderations, and is not a valid trigger.
You’d be told directly in an API error if the AI model was not available to the organization.
