Are you guys having the same issues like delay or weird responses, This is happening since last two hours with me?

Hey everyone! The issue should be resolved and the latency should be back to normal now. Let me know if you’re still noticing the issue.

I experienced the same issue. However, after creating a new OpenAI account and rebuilding the AssistantAPI, everything now works without any problems.

Major issues today, apparently. I have been running a few applications that each perform 50-500 calls a day to an assistant for about a year now. Almost without any issues ( :pray:) but today is really bad. All my apps are affected and are not longer functional.

besides the timeouts/delays, seems like the model responses are degraded in quality as well.ignoring prompts, etc. do you also experience that? (using gpt-4o)

I created an assistant which works fine in playground, but can’t be called with the API, this error returns: “{ “error”: { “message”: “The model asst_NCwjfco9w3wegUA7JZzH6P6Q does not exist or you do not have access to it.”, “type”: “invalid_request_error”, “param”: null, “code”: “model_not_found” }…

Since this morning, assistant API calls from my app are SUPER SLOW. I must say that the GPT-4o based responses also look way less good than before. Any idea how to tackle?

Same here. I was wondering what is going on. But they say all services are operational. In my case all routes are slow but the stream in particular are causing much trouble because it runs forever not giving an error.

Guys. What is your location? UK?

Same, many users reporting assistant API calls timeout issues, etc. is there any reported outage or known issue that could be degrading experience?
