I reported an error to the Oai Help Center, and the response category was 'Warning'

I’ve never seen warnings, red warn

ings, warning emails, or suspicious access banners, but I’ve reported an error. I have never seen warnings, red warnings, warning emails, or suspicious access banners, but the response to the error report came as a ‘warning.’ I’m so embarrassed. I’m asking if there are cases where categories get twisted like this.

Hi and welcome back!

Do I understand correctly that you contacted support about a completely different issue and then received this as an unrelated reply?

In that case, I suggest sharing the case ID here. Someone from @OpenAI_Support may be able to look into it.

The case number is 09094066.

@vb, thank you for asking the case ID.

@grandkim7154, thanks for sharing the ticket # and the screenshots. I checked the timeline/details you included, and this does line up with the recent issue affecting some paid plans and ChatGPT conversations that was resolved recently.

A few people saw messages or labels that looked more serious than what was actually happening, so the “warning” wording here seems to have been tied to that incident rather than suspicious activity on your account. Totally understand why that felt alarming though.

You can track the resolved incident here.

If you’re still seeing the same behavior now, definitely let us know so it can be rechecked.
