I paid for my subscrition, but It wont do anyting. I cant even log on or do any work. When I wen to another chatgpt session, it show my billing as 0. However, they sure took my money and now there isnt an easy way to get in touch with them

the ChatGPT website chat.openai.com has the option to purchase Plus and Teams. Did you get one of those?
