Upload error when uploading .txt file (upload stalls)…and no, turning on Code Interpreter does not work.

uploading anything appears broken right now.
Yesterday too it was impossible to work with documents for a few hours. But it just starts working again at 5PM Brussels time, right now, be quick before it’s gone again
