I have reached the cap for GPT-4 without using it

I’ve trying to create images and every time I try to create an image I get a similar message to:

I encountered issues generating the image you requested. If there’s anything else I can assist you with or if you have any other questions, please let me know!

And after trying several times with out getting any image, I get the the massage that I have reached the cap for GPT-4…

Terrible service.

This happened to me today too. Definitely less than 30 prompts. A support article from a week ago says the limit is 50 per 3 hours.

I just use 2 prompts today and got this error, wtf

I had this problem. But only when a plug in is involved. It seem like it gets a hick up and use all the prompts.
