I’m Emina, founder of EmaniTech — an AI-native operating system for food & retail operations.
After 10 years building food production businesses across Russia and the UAE, I realized one thing:

Hi Emina!

My name is Ryan. Great to see someone trying to create an ai for food and retail operations! I am actually trying to make an AI myself more for restaurant operations. While I do have lots of success with Custom gpt’s in the store, I do not really have any experience in coding which makes it very hard implement API via code into standalone applications. but I’ve worked in restaurants for over a decade both back of house, and front of house and have some amazing ideas if it was an area you were looking to expand into, you seem to already have the resources/funding to at least bring your ideas to life. Please let me know and maybe we could have a quick chat!
