How to solve "Your account is not active"?

I need help. This problem has been bothering me for a week，anyone can help me ?
My API account has been successfully topped up with $10, but I keep receiving the same error whether I call the API through Python or use the playground:

Error code: 429 - {‘error’: {‘message’: ‘Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website.’, ‘type’: ‘billing_not_active’, ‘param’: None, ‘code’: ‘billing_not_active’}}

I have been trying for many days, cleared browser cache, changed my computer, tested on various different networks, but nothing has worked.

I have also submitted multiple feedback requests at the help center, but there has been no effective resolution.

I’m very concerned and hope for a prompt resolution.

finally,i find it.

in the api key page,there’s a chiose of Default organization.

switch and done~.~This bug is too subtle
