How to publish Medical AI

Hello everyone,

I’m representing a company working on a digital medical tourism platform. We’ve built a comprehensive database that’s carefully reviewed and audited by certified doctors and health managers. We also have partnerships with reputable organizations, including WHO and Microsoft, among others.

We’d like to test traction using Custom GPT. However, when we tried to publish it, we received a message that our project couldn’t be made public due to a Usage Policy violation:

Reason:

  • Title - May provide tailored medical/health advice.
  • Instructions - May provide tailored medical/health advice.

We’ve reviewed the instructions and Usage Policies thoroughly, and we want to ensure compliance. Could anyone guide us on where we can submit our documentation, certifications, or any other necessary paperwork to address these concerns?

Thank you!

Hello Levaniko

On the OpenAI website, you can access the terms of use.
However, it’s likely that your database, and the GPT, are using sensitive information and/or personal data protected by most current legislation.
Or, as the shared information states, the GPT appears to meet the profile of “healthcare software or application.”
This goes against the terms of use.
I believe a better implementation model is for them to develop their own application, and for it to use AI resources to process the data it accesses without removing it from a controlled operating context.
