How to opt-out of data for GPT3?

I sent an email to openai support as per the help article to opt-out of data sharing. But 3 weeks later I have not received any confirmation or acknowledgement.

Now I see that the help article was updated yesterday

to include a form, but that form title only talks about Dall-E and ChatGPT. It does not mention GPT3 or other api access.

I tried reaching out to support via chat but no response there either.

Has anyone else had any experience getting this resolved?

It seems they have recently changed their policy, actually it looks like they changed it the day you wrote this post. This post appears to say you no longer need to opt out of data training if you are using a their api.
