How to maintain the Custom GPT's configs outside and create & update the GPT without the dialog on chatgpt.com?

Hi guys.

Is it possible / How to keep the Custom GPT’s configurations (especially the instructions) outside of ChatGPT and to synchronize them with the ChustomGPT’s configuration from outside?

Backgound: I want to maintain my GPT’s configurations outside from ChatGPT and just “roll out” / “launch” them there by a command on the CLI or a button in a tool.
