How to backup or save Custom GPT

I want to back up my custom GPT.

My main question is is there any place where CustomGPT saves the training data apart from the uploaded files and the custom instruction text box that automatically generates and saves promotes while training the GPT?

If it is true I can keep copy and my uploaded training files and the custom instructions.

I recommend keeping your own copy of any files or prompts that you use to build your custom GPT. That’s what I do, personally.
