should i have to learn data science ? if it is what are most important topics to learn. Or only masters with math degree people only get into that field.

Well, it all depends on what you want to do 
. Do you want to build with the API? Do you want to fine-tune? Do you just want to understand how the language models work more in-depth?
Regardless of the answer you choose, you do not need a Math degree or a Masters to build cool stuff.
