How to find the cost per project?

In the Usage dashboard, I see two tabs: cost and activity.

For activity, that is specific to the project. Each project has different activity numbers.

But for cost, each project has the same cost numbers. How do I find the cost per project?

The obfuscation of actual costs, the inability to find them per API call, the combining of multiple models into a single daily “cost”, no accounting of usage by price by API key or user…

All part of their plan to hide objectionable costs of assistants endpoint? The new usage page was released the same day.

There is no backend that can create sub-billing to accounts or members or hold them financially responsible, and when you delegate API keys for direct use, you also delegate any usage logging that could take place in code.

As you observe, the most you get is the number of requests made per labeled API key, for just the most impactful API keys, only through a user interface.

What you see is likely an intentional filtering of information, if not a limitation of outsourcing every single API call’s billings to Stripe.
