Hello team,
At our company, we actively use the OpenAI API for AI auditing projects. We are located in Europe and are very interested in ensuring that data resides within the EEA as much as possible, as well as being able to activate the Zero Retention Policy in communications with the API directly at the KEY/Project level.
The documentation states that the option to specify in the project that the data should remain within the EEA must be requested through contact sales (https://openai.com/index/introducing-data-residency-in-europe/) , but if you write to the contact sales form, it tells you to look at the documentation. When I mentioned this to the support chat, they confirmed that I was in an infinite loop… 
Have any of you managed to activate any of these options in your projects?
