You need to buy credits for 1000$ and get past the waiting period of 30 days.

There is no way to speed up the tier progression.
You’ll move to other tiers in the interim as the time requirements for each pass.

Use Groq for free while awaiting the tier wait time to acrew. 
They have Llama3.1 available, which surpasses gpt4o’s accuracy in eval tests.
Groq currently has the fastest inference speeds also.
