How to Access GPT via API?

I’m trying to access the knowledge base of one of my GPT’s via API, but it doesn’t work. Would you know how to help me?

Welcome to the dev forum.

You can’t access a Custom GPT from the API.

You can, however, emulate the experience with Assistants API.

I understand that the API is just a form of input for ChatGPT, strange not to access the knowledge base of a custom GPT. I just created one to be able to use in an application accessing via API.

Please, what would your emolution look like from the Assistant API experience?
