Can GPT's be accesed with a API or smth?

The thing is that the assistants that are like GPTs but with API, are really bad in comparison to Custom GPTs as they do not have every tool like DALLE and Code Interpreter. Thats why I want to access GPTs from my website instead of Assistants.

Custom GPTs are only available via ChatGPT Plus while Assistants have an API.
