You could try reverse image searching, and checking the results for keywords to use in your prompt.

I find it easiest to use the built-in “Generate variations” button. Have you tried this:

After logging into DALLE, choose the “upload an image” below the generate field.

When you see the alert pictured below, click “Generate variations”.
