I’m getting the error ‘Hmm…something seems to have gone wrong’ while using chatgpt4, while chatgpt3.5 is working seemlessly. It’s been more than 24 hours. I have tried logging out, clearing cache…ended up cleaning my chatgpt history, my browser history.
Tried everything but nothing seems to be working.

Same. Chatgpt4 says something seems to go wrong. Chatgpt3.5 works. I read from some other comments, if i upload a image first, then chatgpt4 will comment on the image, then thereafter you can chat with it. This works, but it is not efficient to keep uploading image when starting a new chat.

Yes me too, I upload the image and this works for me too, but yes the idea is not upload images, are you in alpha phase? of gpt 4?
Same! Now is two days! only gpt-4 can’t use
I have the same problem, has not worked for a few days… cant get ahold of OpenAI so I just canceled my plan. I would reactivate it but not if it doesn’t work for me.
I did find a trick to get past the message, but it is annoying. If you upload an image of any kind, it responds and then you can ask it a question without a problem… but I really don’t want to upload an image every time I want to use this tool.
But the question is why do we do tricks when we are paying for this service?
Here is little something that did work…I was logged in to chatgpt from multiple devices, phone, personal computer, work station, etc. I logged out of all devices. Then cleaned some cache on my personal computer and then logged back in. It’s working now without any tricks.
I think they have launched a team version of gpt4 for 25USD thus they are restricting users from using multiple devices on the pro version.
