Hitting limit with plus but responses are not what i expact

So I have been hitting my limit on chatgpt, even though i have plus. But it feels quite unfair ‘cause half the responses are ‘i cannot do this use dall-e’ when using dall-e or ‘image generator’. So i sometimes have to put in the prompt 7 times before it generates an image and sometimes it just doesnt generate one at all even though its not against tos. Or I put in a prompt to change a specific part and it just generates the same image.
