High error rate for Whisper transcriptions API

I am facing an issue on transcriptions endpoint. It’s definitely not related to rate limits (Tier 3) nor credit ($23 available).

Node v20.11.0
OpenAI JS SDK: v4.52.7

It sometimes runs ok, in 5% of scenarios, but mostly with error.
