It’s possible this is already being reviewed with your instance factored, but if you follow up looking for an update I’m confident the team will share one where possible. Failing that, you will get a response but I can’t confirm when right now unfortunately.

OpenAI just reset it for me, and i was able to verify my organisation. A workaround i did was by inviting an alternative account to my organisation to verify and it worked
@Colm_Roche Hi, I have tried twice to verify with a government id (that has a slightly old photo) and after the second time it completely locked the option to verify again. The id was valid so was my own photo 
Is there any chance you could let me re-verify I will try with passport otherwise I am not able to use the API for my needs and it can really affect my product.

Guys. Jumping to the data breach loops of OpenAI is not worth it.
Respect your privacy, do not verify. OpenAI has simply no good reason to ask for an ID.
They want your money, but do not like developers. They make using their API as hard as possible on purpose.
