There is no March 2025 API version of gpt-4o-mini, or even gpt-4o to mirror a change in what is found in ChatGPT release notes. There’s only seconds UTC left in March for one to exist.

I think the mini update for you was 2025-01-31, with o3-mini as a model. Significantly higher cost, but it comes in under half the cost of gpt-4o (until you also get billed output for unseen “reasoning”)

You will note that “fingerprint” value returned with a model has also been discontinued in the Responses endpoint - which returns many different “deterministic” identifiers per model just in case anybody was watching.
