From my GPT…“Since I can’t directly access external APIs”…what is going on?
What exactly are you trying to achieve? Are you referring to cases where you upload the PDF to the GPT or a case where the PDF is stored in an external database?
Thanks for responding. There was an issue with my instructions which was causing the error.

can you please say how you resolved it? Because even I’m facing this issue suddenly since last 2 days. I tried modifying my instructions, but it is still not accessing the files in knowledge for the first user input.
